UD proudly partnered with Islington Boxing Club in March 2020 with a clear mission to bring more access to sport and to raise enough money to re-develop IBC’s new home - We are thoroughly excited of what UD x IBC have planned for you all.

This Saturday 13th February 2021 at 10:00am - come join Chris, Ryan and Daryl along with our special IBC guest, Team GB boxer Connor Daly.
Connor has already been making a name for himself outside of North London after competing in multiple fights abroad, including a fight in Las Vegas were he trained at the famous Mayweather Boxing Club. He will be taking over our Family Fitness class, teaching us all things about boxing!

Who are Islington Boxing Club?
Islington Boxing Club is a long-established boxing club run mainly by volunteers. Based in Upper Holloway it provides boxing sessions for the whole community, ranging from Competitive Boxing Classes, Beginners Academy Classes, Infants Classes for boys & girls between 5-8 years old and Recreational sessions.

Their mission for a new home
In the next few years they hope to redevelop their site with a purpose-built new gym and community area for local use. Islington Council have granted the club a 25-year lease and upon completion of the project, the lease will extend a further 99 years - so now more than ever, we need to help our friends at IBC!
