Pre-Season Programme 2025!

Saturday Mornings, Regent’s Park, Summer Term 2025

We're excited to announce the return of our much-loved Pre-Season League Programme for 2025, running throughout the Summer Term from April to July on Saturdays in Regents Park.

Designed to keep up momentum, it’s the perfect way for our league players to continue developing with competitive friendly matches and structured training sessions,
all whilst making the most of the summer sunshine!

So, while other teams are winding down, our programme will give players the opportunity to carry their progress forward, sharpen their skills, and take their
game to the next level in preparation for the season ahead!

IMPORTANT
Pre-Season is not a stand alone programme and is exclusive to our existing members. You must be registered for one of our standard training sessions to purchase UD Pre-Season.
This Summer Programme is an add on for our existing members and does not replace your normal weekly training. The fee for Pre-Season has been reduced to reflect this.

WHAT DOES PRE-SEASON INCLUDE?

• Competitive Friendly Matches: Keep up the momentum with 4-6 scheduled matches, helping players build on the previous season and sharpen their skills.

• Squad Evaluations for the 25/26 Season: Training sessions and matches will help us evaluate players and determine the best teams and leagues for the new season.

• Team Training: Led by our experienced league managers and senior coaching team, sessions will focus on technical skills, tactical awareness, and positioning to prepare players for competitive fixtures.

• Individual Development: Weekly tips, drills, and online resources will be provided to help players enhance their skills outside of sessions.

PROGRAMME DETAILS
The below age groups are based on their league teams for this current season, all players will move up to their next age group come September.

Session & Game Times (applies for both girls & boys teams)
9:30 - 10:30AM: U7s, U8s, U9s, U10s
10:40 - 11:40AM: U11s, U12s, U13s, U14's, U15s, U16s, U17s

IMPORTANT - REGISTER YOUR INTEREST FOR NEXT SEASON!
Both existing and new league players must register their interest for the season ahead. We ask you to please do this at the same time as you register for Pre-Season. It is vital we have this information ASAP to inform our league planning and team submissions for next season.
