UD OCTOBER NEWS: LEAGUE UPDATE
United Dragons October League Update
United Dragons have continued their impressive start to the season by putting in some jaw dropping team performances. Our U13s boys continue to rack up the wins, whilst our youngest age group, U7s are beginning to gel as a team, picking up some great victories on the way.
Our U12s are not only representing United Dragons in the Regent’s Park League, but they’re also playing in the Camden and Islington Youth League. The boys are currently sitting top of both leagues after an unbeaten start to the season, 9 wins, 0 losses!! Zaki Green firmly in the golden boot race with over 10 goals to his name.
Our U8s are currently unbeaten and don’t look like losing any time soon. The U9s are dubbed ‘the future’ by many and I know first hand Coach Chris Smith loves working with this team. The U10s and U11's are picking up their form in a tough division and Coach Ryan and Coach Daryl are both thrilled with the progress they’re making.
Our UD Girls are making fantastic improvements and coach Denerson is optimistic that these girls all have a bright future in football!
A special mention must go to goal of the season contender, Daniel Bowman for his sublime ‘top bins’ free kick strike from 35 yards out. If you’ve not seen it yet, check it out on our United Dragons FC Instagram page. @uniteddragonsfc
Well done to all our Dragons teams. I hope you have enjoyed your half term break and have renewed energy for the second half of this term!
